UAT Welcomes New Registrar

On the 21st of May, 2021, the Management, Staff and Students of the University of Africa, Toru-Orua received her new Registrar, Dr. Akpoebi Adesi, a seasoned administrator and a PhD holder in Theatre Arts.

At the welcoming ceremony, the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Kingston Nyamapfene, together with other Principal Officers, Deans, HODs, Directors and Students’ representatives, received the new Registrar with the confidence that he would bring his wealth of experience in University administration and academics to the fore in moving the University to greater heights.

The new Registrar, Dr. Akpoebi Adesi, expressed his profound appreciation for the warm reception accorded him, promising that, working in conjunction with the Vice-Chancellor, he will strive to build a highly motivated, cohesive workforce geared towards taking the University of Africa, Toru-Orua to new heights.

The meeting ended with a photo session after which the new Registrar started the process of gradually settling into the new position.
